My client is an innovative B2B marketing agency with offices in High Wycombe and Northampton. They specialise in creating insight-led, imaginative, and technically advanced retail solutions for some of the world's leading global brands. As they continue to grow, they are seeking a dynamic Sales Development Representative to join their team.

You will be responsible for identifying new business opportunities to generate revenue, improve profitability, and drive business growth. The primary focus is building their client base for their 'Premium & Service' channel, securing initial business meetings and pitching products or services to existing clients in alignment with account management strategies.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Research and identify new business opportunities, including new markets, growth areas, trends, and customers, or new ways to reach existing markets.
  • Develop and implement lead generation strategies, such as social media campaigns, content marketing, and event marketing.
  • Compile and maintain a new business pipeline, providing regular updates to senior management.
  • Actively manage any pitch processes - proposals, negotiation, and completion.
  • Producing proposals and presentations for customers to land new accounts.

Salary - £60K + 3% of revenue on work with a margin of 30% or above. The successful candidate will be established within the industry, possess a strategic sales approach, and can bring a proportion of business with them. Experience within consumer electronics, FMCG, travel retail, and/or premium brand industries would be an advantage.
