I'm looking for a creative and organised Junior Design Product Developer to join a UK Upholstery team on a maternity cover contract. This is a fantastic opportunity to work with a premium, design-led furniture brand and support the development of fabrics, upholstery, and new products.
Key Responsibilities:
- Support the Creative Director on fabric development (Accent swatch AW26) and NPIs
- Liaise with suppliers & manage swatch packs, samples, and fabric data
- Create fabric codes, swatch boards, and assembly instructions (Adobe Illustrator/Photoshop)
- Collaborate with internal teams and suppliers across design, supply chain & sales
- Help coordinate the showroom refresh ahead of Spring 2026 launches
Requirements:
- Degree in Furniture, Textiles, Product Design or similar
- Experience with upholstery/fabrics in a design-led environment
- Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite
- Strong organisational and communication skills
- Furniture or furnishings industry experience desirable
Salary Competitive Location: High Wycombe (office based)
