My client is a specialist healthcare media and publishing business looking for a Project Event Coordinator to join their client delivery team. This is a great opportunity for someone with around 2 years’ experience in events, project coordination, medical communications, publishing, media or an agency environment, who is ready to take the next step in their career.
The role involves delivering a range of industry-supported medical education programmes and events, including virtual events, webinars, on-demand learning, filmed interviews, round tables, symposia and on-site events. You’ll coordinate projects from inception through to publication, managing timelines, stakeholders, content creation and client deliverables to ensure projects are delivered to a high standard, within scope and budget. Strong communication, organisation and relationship-building skills are essential.
About you:
- Around 2 years’ experience in events or project coordination
- Experience in healthcare, medical communications, publishing, media or an agency environment
- Strong organisation and project management skills
- Confident communicator with good stakeholder management skills
- Able to manage multiple projects and deadlines
- Degree or equivalent
- A science-based degree or experience with medical/scientific content would be advantageous but is not essential.
