My client is a world leader in the motor manufacturing industry and renowned for supplying top-tier commercial and residential engines. They cater primarily to the turf care and garden equipment sector, as well as general industrial applications. With a strong commitment to innovation, quality, and customer service, they are seeking a dynamic Website Executive to enhance their digital presence.
The Website Executive will be responsible for the day-to-day management of the company's website and database/CRM systems. Utilising both existing and new technologies, the successful candidate will build new pages and features that maximise the platform's capabilities. Additionally, they will identify and implement innovative ideas aligned with business objectives to enhance user experience and engagement.
Key Responsibilities:
- Website Management: Oversee daily operations of the company website, ensuring content is current, accurate, and engaging.
- Database/CRM Management: Manage and optimise database and CRM systems to enhance customer journeys and improve data integrity.
- Content Development: Collaborate with the marketing team to plan, develop, and execute engaging digital marketing campaigns, including automated workflows and ad hoc emails. Monitor and optimize email performance to maximise engagement and conversion rates.
- Analytics and Reporting: Utilise Google Analytics and other web analytics tools to monitor website traffic and campaign performance. Analyse data to provide actionable insights for continuous improvement.
- SEO and PPC Management: Implement and manage SEO strategies to improve organic search rankings. Oversee paid search and social media campaigns, ensuring they deliver maximum ROI.
- Agency Coordination: Work with external agencies to provide clear communication. Manage and execute programs once live, ensuring alignment with business goals.
- E-commerce Development: Set up and manage an online e-commerce store, creating and overseeing promotional opportunities to drive sales and enhance customer experience.
