TITLE: Recruiter
LOCATION: Ashburn, Virginia (onsite Monday – Thursday 8:30 – 5:00, remote Fridays)
POSITION SUMMMARY: The internal Recruiter role is responsible for supporting the full life cycle of recruitment efforts including recruitment strategy and execution from requisition opening through onboarding. This role requires excellent communication skills to interact with colleagues, candidates, hiring managers and executives.
ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES: To perform this job successfully, an individual must be able to perform the following satisfactorily; other duties may be assigned. Reasonable accommodations may be made to enable individuals with disabilities to perform the essential functions.
- Full-life-cycle recruitment; Ability to review resumes, schedule interviews, conduct phone screens and full interviews and then make recommendations of interview to hiring managers.
- Tracks candidate status through the recruitment process and works closely with hiring managers to understand needs and create accurate job descriptions.
- Perform all duties and updates in ATS.
- Develop, where needed & maintain a standard operating procedure (SOP) document for all aspects of recruiting life cycle.
- Keeps up to date on employment laws and legislation.
- Ensure proper posting to required state jobs boards (such as Virginia Workforce Connection) and OFCCP requirements such as recruitment for veterans, people with disabilities and women and minorities.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Must be responsive to managers, leadership, colleagues, third party recruiters and candidates.
- Ability to source candidates with or without ads.
- Ability to use resume databases for current and future needs.

Education/Experience
- Bachelor’s degree desired
- Experience in datacenter build and services, construction and related trades helpful
- 4 to 5 years of experience preferred
- Paycor ATS experience helpful
Computer Skills
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail
- Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite or related software
