CPFT is seeking a Team Manager for the CAMHS Neurodevelopmental Service in Cambridge. This 6-month fixed-term/secondment role is part-time (35 hours per week) and focuses on leading a multi-disciplinary team to deliver effective mental health services for children and young people.
The post holder will balance leadership with potential clinical work (up to 20%), contribute to service development, and participate in transformational staff training, including a Compassionate Manager programme.
