About this role: Crystal Palace FC Women\’s Team seeks a skilled Physiotherapist to lead our medical team. You will provide high-quality physiotherapy services to the CPFCW First Team, making key decisions on injury assessment, diagnosis, and treatment. Responsibilities include treatment, rehabilitation, injury prevention programs, medical services coordination on match days, and screening programs. You must collaborate within a multidisciplinary high-performance environment and be flexible to team schedule changes. Travel with the team for fixtures is required. Responsibilities: Medical care and injury rehabilitation for players. Manage the medical department. Develop injury prevention strategies. Evaluate injuries and provide treatment plans. Work with coaching staff on injury recovery. Maintain medical records and report on injured players. Collaborate on conditioning and fitness programs. Maintain medical equipment and supplies. Provide medical cover for fixtures, including travel. Attend medical appointments with players. Stay updated on sports medicine developments. Manage injuries typical in women\’s professional football. Other duties as assigned. Uphold club policies on health, safety, safeguarding, and equality. Experience, Skills, and Qualifications: Essential: Registered with HCPC. Appropriate medical indemnity for treating FA WSL and FA WC players. Up-to-date Level 5 ATMMiF Emergency Aid qualification. Annual ATMMiF re-accreditation. Minimum 4 years in elite sport. Experience managing a medical team. Degree in Physiotherapy (BSc/MSc). 3-5 years post-graduate musculoskeletal experience. Desirable: Experience in women\’s elite sport. Postgraduate sports medicine qualification. Pitch rehab experience. UKAD Clean Sport Advisor certification. Benefits: Match day ticket.
