About this role: To provide excellent day-to-day support for Crystal Palace Women's partners, ensuring sponsorship rights are delivered to a high standard while assisting with partnership delivery across the men’s team where required.
Responsibilities:
- Supporting the day-to-day management of CPFC Women's partnerships in line with partners' business objectives and partnership KPIs.
- Ensuring all Women's partnership contractual rights are delivered in a timely manner and to the highest standard.
- Attending all home CPFC Women's matches and, where required, other Club events to deliver sponsorship rights and partner activations.
- Working closely with the Partnership Manager and the Club's marketing department to plan and deliver Women's partnership marketing campaigns.
- Where required, supporting CPFC Men's partnerships, including day-to-day administration such as ticket and hospitality requests, signed merchandise, advertising specifications and other partner requests.
- Building and maintaining strong internal relationships to support partnership delivery.
- Working with the Commercial Insights Manager and Partnership Manager to track the effectiveness of CPFC Women's sponsorship campaigns and report on key success measures.
- Other duties and responsibilities as required by line manager.
- Upholding and promoting the Club’s policies and procedures, including Health and Safety, Safeguarding and Equal Opportunities policies and procedures.
Experience, Skills and Qualifications:
- Organised, proactive and able to manage multiple tasks.
- Flexible and willing to adapt to business needs.
- Comfortable communicating professionally with partners and colleagues.
- IT literate and confident using Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Outlook).
- Calm under pressure with good attention to detail.
- Willing to work across different Club locations and be flexible with working hours (including working weekends).
- Excellent organisational and administrative skills.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- The ability to build positive relationships with colleagues and partners.
- An understanding of the sponsorship industry.
