We're partnered with a fast-growing technology-driven organisation looking to hire an ambitious IT Project Coordinator to support a mixture of internal and external IT projects. This is an excellent opportunity for someone early in their project career who's ready to step into a varied, hands-on role with real development potential.
You’ll work closely with Project Managers, technical teams, and senior stakeholders to keep projects moving, organised, and on track. The company is investing heavily in digital transformation, meaning you'll gain exposure to a wide range of IT initiatives across software, infrastructure, applications, and customer-facing projects.
As part of their commitment to career growth, they will fund your PRINCE2 Foundation certification.
Key Responsibilities- Support the delivery of IT projects from initiation through to completion
- Track project plans, actions, milestones, risks, and dependencies
- Maintain project documentation, reports, RAID logs, and meeting notes
- Coordinate meetings, prepare agendas, and chase actions
- Liaise with internal teams (IT, Ops, Engineering, PMO) and external partners
- Contribute to governance and project tracking activities
- Assist with resource planning, onboarding, and workflow scheduling
- Prepare presentations, status packs, and communication updates
- Support project reporting using tools such as Excel, ADO, Teams or Microsoft Project
- 3 years experience in Project Coordination, PMO, or IT Operations
- Strong organisational and multitasking skills
- Confident communicator with excellent attention to detail
- Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment
- Proficient in Microsoft Office, Teams, and project tools (Excel, Project, ADO, SharePoint)
- Any exposure to IT projects, digital transformation, software, or infrastructure delivery is a bonus
- £30,000 salary
