CPD Solutions are a Veterinary Training Company based in Studley, Warwickshire. We run professional training courses for qualified Veterinary Surgeons and Veterinary Nurses.
We are currently looking to recruit a highly motivated and professional store person/caretaker/driver who would be based at our Studley site. The role involves:
- Manual handling of veterinary stock, waste and equipment
- Stock control of all on-site equipment and stock
- General building and car park maintenance
- Visiting suppliers throughout the country, which may occasionally require overnight stays
The successful candidate does not require any veterinary background experience; however, they must have experience of manual handling and be comfortable with heavy lifting of equipment and handling of veterinary waste. An intermediate level of Excel would be advantageous due to working with established documentation, and you will also be expected to help with general administration tasks.
The position is full time of 35 hours per week, which would be flexible around the needs of the business and the courses being run. This may also involve occasional weekend work. Annual leave is statutory and a company pension scheme is in place. The individual will also be supplied with the necessary uniform and PPE.
The successful candidate must possess a positive professional attitude to their work, be happy to assist as needed, and be flexible around hours of working.
