The Role:

We’re looking for an experienced, hands‑on Marketing Lead – Digital Marketing to join our Marketing & Communications team. This is a highly practical digital marketing role with responsibility for the day‑to‑day delivery and optimisation of CPC's email marketing, HubSpot automation, website, organic social media, paid digital campaigns and digital performance reporting.

Working closely with the Senior Marketing Manager – Digital, Audiences and Data, you will turn organisational and campaign priorities into effective digital activity, ensuring campaigns are delivered accurately, on time and to the right audiences.

This is a hands‑on delivery role to grow and engage audience across the target segments and markets by promoting our funding opportunities, events, videos, reports, projects and other content.

You will build and schedule emails, create HubSpot workflows and campaign reports, create webpages, be responsible for social content, set up and optimise paid LinkedIn campaigns, and analyse performance using HubSpot and GA4.

As part of the marketing team, you will be responsible for delivering strategies and plans that build brand awareness, increase engagement, and ultimately lead to commercial opportunities.
