This transformational new community will bring together over 2,000 homes, schools, community amenities, employment space, sports facilities, green corridors, parks and public spaces, creating a vibrant and sustainable destination for decades to come. - Support the mobilisation and establishment of major housing and placemaking initiatives
- Lead Employer's Agent and contract administration responsibilities (JCT and related forms)
- Bring together consultants, contractors, developers and public-sector stakeholders to achieve shared objectives
- Establish effective reporting, controls and decision-making frameworks
- Oversee planning and coordination across multiple phases and project streams
- Provide commercially sound advice throughout the project lifecycle
- Facilitate workshops, reviews and continuous improvement activities
- Monitor programme performance, risks and quality standards
- Help maintain momentum, certainty and value across all stages of delivery
Why This Opportunity Stands Out
Few roles offer the chance to influence a project of this scale from such an early stage. You'll be part of a team helping to create an entirely new community, working across everything from housing and infrastructure to education, leisure and public open space. The breadth of exposure, complexity of work and calibre of stakeholders make this an exceptional career defining opportunity for someone looking to make a genuine impact. If you're motivated by seeing ambitious plans translated into real places and enjoy working within collaborative, fast-moving environments, this role offers the platform to leave your mark on a landmark North West scheme.
