We are currently looking to strengthen our growing Construction division in London. This role will support the Director for our Construction Advisory team, helping them grow one of our newest and fastest growing business units. In this team we provide early strategic construction-related advice on projects that is vital for successful outcomes. Projects at their early stages will see significant benefits from pre-construction advisory to ensure that risks are identified, constraints are understood, and all relevant drivers are assessed so that these can be mitigated and optimised ahead of the project delivery on site.
Our pre-construction and construction advisory services considers buildability, construction logistics, methodology, and design to support our clients to inform programmes, costs and delivery for better outcomes.

- Feasibility & planning support
- Design management
- Procurement and supply chain
- Construction Management
- Project monitoring
- Technical audits
- Programme integration
- Phasing & logistics
Relevant skills and experience:
- Experience working for a Principal Contractor in a preconstruction / technical role & looking to transition into a Consultancy organisation, to deliver exemplary services to our clients
- Significant experience in Planning / Programming (essential)
- Experience working on a range of different projects (beneficial)
- Ability to be client facing (essential)
- Ability to effectively influence preconstruction activities
- Construction related qualification(s)
- Working towards, or wanting to progress with becoming Chartered, which CPC will support
