We are looking to appoint a senior level candidate within our Property & Construction team in London. This role will help lead our Data Centre sector offering as such we are looking to speak to candidates with a strong track record within the Data Centre sector, who have worked in Senior roles within other Consulting organisations in a QS/Cost Management Capacity. This is an exciting opportunity to help us grow in one of our fastest growing sector offerings. CPC are currently delivering several high profile, high value & complexity projects across the UK, France, Amsterdam, Norway and Frankfurt.
Relevant skills and experience:
- Experience working as a QS/Cost Manager at a Project/Associate/Director level within a Consultancy (Essential)
- Experience working within Data Centre sector (Essential)
- Experience working on projects across the full project lifecycle (Essential)
- Experience winning work within the sector (Essential)
- Experience working on international projects (Beneficial)
- BSc in Quantity Surveying or other Construction related subject
- Ideally Chartered with an industry recognised body i.e. RICS
