Quantity Surveyor

CPC is an independent project and cost management consultancy, providing the best technical expertise in delivering infrastructure, property and transformational change projects that are improving people’s lives both at work and at home.

Quantity Surveyor

Location: Leeds

Employment type: Permanent

This is a great opportunity to join our expanding Property & Construction team in the North, you’ll have the opportunity to lead the Cost Management of projects across a range of sectors including; residential, retail, commercial and education.

Relevant skills and experience:

  • Relevant Quantity Surveying Qualification i.e. BSc or MSc,
  • Experience working in a QS/Cost Manager level capacity,
  • Experience managing your own projects,
  • Experience working on projects within the Property markets,
  • Consultancy or Client-Side experience would be beneficial,
  • MRICS membership or working towards Chartership, would be desirable.
