Role Details – We are looking to strengthen our growing Health, Education, Science and Technology (HEST) team in London, with the addition of a Project Manager or Senior Project Manager. In this role, you’ll have the opportunity to play a key part in delivering large, high-profile Healthcare projects across London and the South East, typically ranging from £5m to £60m. From early-stage planning to successful delivery, you’ll be trusted to lead, influence and impact projects that truly matter. You’ll be joining a collaborative, forward-thinking team where your voice is heard, your expertise is valued, and your development actively supported. Whether you’re looking to step up or continue growing at a senior level, this is a role where you can shape your career while contributing to meaningful, complex schemes.
Skills and Experience – We’re looking for individuals who bring a blend of technical expertise, leadership capability and a passion for delivering high-quality outcomes. You will ideally demonstrate:
- Experience at Project Manager or Senior Project Manager level in a consultancy environment (essential)
- Strong track record of leading and delivering your own projects (essential)
- Health Sector experience, bringing insight to its unique challenges/opportunities (beneficial)
- Exposure to NHS projects and frameworks (beneficial)
- Confidence working across the full project lifecycle, from inception through to completion
- BSc (or equivalent) in Project Management or a construction-related discipline
- Desire to achieve Chartership (or already working towards it), with full support from CPC to help you get there
