CPC are looking to appoint a Pre-Contract Manager to work alongside the land and partnership team and the post contract delivery team within the residential sector. CPC work with a number of Registered Providers across the North of England.
The Pre Contract Manager would be responsible for managing all pre-contract activities, including:
- Initial project planning
- Feasibility assessments
- Budgeting
- Programming
- Contract Preparation
- Risk management
This role requires collaboration with internal teams and external stakeholders to ensure projects are effectively designed, priced, and scheduled to align with client expectations and company goals.
Relevant skills and experience:
- Pre contract delivery of residential schemes
- Strategic Oversight: Develop and implement pre-construction strategies, processes, and best practices to ensure project success.
