We are currently looking to strengthen our growing Property & Construction team in Glasgow, you will have the opportunity to be involved with large, high-profile Residential, Leisure, Mixed-use & Retail projects across Scotland. We are currently delivering a number of high-profile projects including a new golf resort / hotel / residential scheme, valued at circa £500m and a new co-living development circa £65m.

Relevant skills and experience:

  • Experience working in a Senior PM, Project Director, or Associate Director capacity within a Consultancy organisation (Essential)
  • Experience working on large scale, complex projects £20m+ (Essential)
  • Experience working within the Residential sector (beneficial)
  • Experience working on projects across the full project lifecycle
  • Working towards, or wanting to progress with becoming Chartered, which CPC will support
