Role Overview:

You’ll play a key role in delivering essential infrastructure that improves connectivity, enhances communities, and leaves a lasting legacy. Working across a diverse portfolio of highways and transport schemes, you’ll gain exposure to varied, technically engaging projects while continuing to develop your expertise within the NEC framework. This is a hands-on, client-facing role, managing the full project lifecycle and ensuring projects are delivered safely, on time, within budget, and to high standards. Whether you are NEC-accredited, or an experienced Project Manager with NEC contract exposure, we want to hear from you.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead NEC-accredited highways and local authority projects from inception to completion
  • Manage planning, cost control, programme, risk, and quality across projects
  • Build and maintain strong client and stakeholder relationships
  • Coordinate consultants and contractors, ensuring alignment with project objectives
  • Support regional project opportunities, contributing to CPC’s growing NEC PM offering

About You:

  • Proven experience delivering projects under NEC contracts (accreditation ideal but not essential)
  • Experience delivering highways / local authority projects, or broader infrastructure (e.g. rail, aviation)
  • Strong project delivery skills: planning, cost, and programme management
