CPC are looking to appoint a Pre-Contract Manager to work alongside the land and partnership team and the post contract delivery team within the residential sector. CPC work with a number of Registered Providers across the North of England. The Pre Contract Manager would be responsible for managing all pre-contract activities, including initial project planning, feasibility assessments, budgeting, programming, Contract Preparation and risk management. This role requires collaboration with internal teams and external stakeholders to ensure projects are effectively designed, priced, and scheduled to align with client expectations and company goals.

Responsibilities
  • Pre contract delivery of residential schemes
  • Strategic Oversight: Develop and implement pre-construction strategies, processes, and best practices to ensure project success.
  • Client & Stakeholder Engagement: Act as the main point of contact for clients and coordinate with consultants to align project goals.
  • Risk Management: Identify potential risks during the planning phase and implement solutions to mitigate them.
  • Industry Insights: Stay updated on construction trends, materials, and methodologies to drive innovation and efficiency.
  • Quality Assurance: Ensure pre-construction deliverables meet company standards and align with project requirements.
  • Programming: Create and manage detailed project programmes and reports as required by Clients, ensuring key milestones and deadlines are met.
  • Commercial acumen and budget control: Create and implement project budgets.
