As our North West team continues to grow, we're looking for an organised and proactive Document Controller / Project Support Administrator to become a valued part of our delivery function. This is an opportunity to play a central role in maintaining the information, coordination and governance that underpin successful project outcomes. Working alongside experienced project professionals and senior stakeholders, you'll help create the structure and consistency needed to keep complex projects running smoothly.

You'll be responsible for maintaining effective information management processes, coordinating key project activities and providing essential administrative support across a range of commissions. From managing documentation and organising project meetings to maintaining records and supporting reporting requirements, you'll help ensure projects remain well organised, compliant and on track.

As a Document Controller / Project Support Administrator, you will:
- Manage project documentation and maintain document control systems
- Ensure project information is accurate, current and distributed to the appropriate stakeholders
- Support the implementation and administration of information management processes
- Coordinate meetings, prepare agendas, issue minutes and monitor actions
- Assist with project reporting, governance activities and programme administration
- Maintain registers, trackers and other project records
- Support project mobilisation and onboarding activities
- Liaise with clients, consultants and wider project teams
- Provide administrative support across multiple projects and workstreams
- Promote consistency, compliance and quality standards across project information
We're looking for someone who thrives in a structured environment, enjoys working with project teams and takes pride in delivering a high standard of work. You'll ideally bring:
- Previous experience as a Document Controller, Project Administrator or similar role
- Experience managing project documentation and information systems
- Excellent organisational skills with the ability to prioritise competing demands
- Strong attention to detail and a commitment to accuracy
- Confidence in coordinating meetings, actions and key project information
- Strong communication and stakeholder engagement skills
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office, including Word, Excel, Outlook and Teams
- Experience using document management platforms such as Asite, Aconex, Viewpoint or similar would be advantageous
- Ability to work flexibly across multiple projects, teams and workstreams in a dynamic environment, adapting positively to changing priorities and new challenges
- A solutions-focused mindset with the ability to think on their feet and proactively resolve issues
- Confidence in establishing structure, improving processes and supporting the continued growth and maturity of project delivery functions
- Experience working within a growing business or fast-paced project environment would be advantageous
- A willingness to take ownership, identify opportunities for improvement and contribute beyond their core responsibilities
