CPC Project Services Ltd is an independent project and cost management consultancy. Within the group, we have several affiliated companies that operate across the UK, Ireland, and North America within the consulting, construction, property, and software sectors. We are seeking a highly organised and detail-oriented Finance and Administration Assistant to support our Chief Financial Officer, with the smooth and efficient running of our financial operations and administration. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys working with numbers, thrives in a fast‑paced environment, and is committed to delivering high‑quality support across the business.
Responsibilities
- VAT returns
- Bank reconciliations
- Annual returns
- Financial year‑end activities
- Day‑to‑day invoicing
- Managing the purchase and sales ledgers
- Maintaining accurate financial records and filing systems
- Help prepare financial reports and summaries for management
- Booking travel and accommodation
- Assisting other members of the Accounts team when required
- Manage incoming and outgoing correspondence, including emails and phone calls
- Additional ad‑hoc duties as and when required
