This is a great opportunity to join our growing Property & Construction division, where we deliver Residential projects across the Social, Private and Later Living markets in the South East. In this role you will work with one of our Senior Project Managers to assist the delivery of various projects.
Projects you could be involved with include:
- £60m, 140 unit later living complex
- £15m 5 storey mixed use scheme, comprising of affordable living, commercial and retail units
Requirements:
- Have at least 2 years experience working in an Assistant Project Manager / Project Manager / Employers Agent role, or have worked in a QS/ Architectural capacity looking to move into a PM/EA role (Essential)
- Experienced administrating JCT forms of contract (essential)
- Experience working on projects across the full project lifecycle
- BSc in a Construction related subject i.e. Construction Management, Construction Project Management, Quantity Surveying or Building Surveying (beneficial)
