We are looking to grow our Residential team in the North West due to an increase in projects being awarded. This is an exciting time to join our team as we were recently appointed onto the JV North Framework and Torus Frameworks which, as well as our in-house Land & Partnerships team, are developing further opportunities for us to deliver new housing across the region.
Joining our established team of over 20 Quantity Surveyors / Land & Partnerships Managers across our regional offices, you will play a key role in delivering vital schemes for our clients who include Great Places, Torus, Southway, Jigsaw, Onward and Your Housing Group to name just a few.
As a Senior QS, you will take full responsibility for each project you are working on, ensuring we meet all agreed KPI’s as well as bringing added value to each scheme.
To give just a flavour of what we are currently working on, we are currently involved with the delivery of:
- 148 units at Chestergate, Stockport for Great Places
- 151 units at Wade Works, Northwich for Your Housing Group
- 110 units at Creams Mill, Bolton for Onward
- 104 units Broughton Road, Crewe for Torus
What you will have:
- Relevant Quantity Surveying Qualification
- Experience working in a Senior QS capacity (or looking to make the step up to Senior QS)
- Consultancy experience, or working for a social housing main contractor (essential)
- Experience of delivering projects within the Residential sector – either public or private (essential)
- Experience acting as the Employers Agent (essential)
- Pre & Post Contract Management experience (essential)
- MRICS membership or working towards Chartership (beneficial)
