Associate Director / Director – Project Management – Retail Sector

We are currently looking to make a strategic appointment & strengthen our growing Property & Construction team. This is a fantastic opportunity to lead our Retail sector offering in Scotland & the rest of the UK, working with our blue-chip client base as well as being supported to grow our offering in this sector.
In this role you will be responsible for the hands on delivery of your own projects, as well as being the key point of contact for the client, developing our team and growing our presence in this sector.

Relevant skills and experience:
- Experience working at a Senior Associate / Director level
- Experienced in Key Account Management and New Business Development
- Strong Retail experience & contacts within this sector
- Experienced in assisting the clients leasing team in tenant negotiations, agreement for lease discussions, such as commenting on Head of Terms (HoT’s) and AfL’s
- Experience in writing shell specifications to aid new tenant discussions
- Experience in working with Asset & Development Managers in developing feasibility studies for new initiatives developed by the Client
- Experienced in delivery large retail park expansions and extensions as well as period tenant churn and asset management projects
- Have a relevant Project Management qualification
- Ideally be chartered with a relevant professional body – APM / RICS
- Experience in providing Contract Administration and Employers Agent services on JCT contracts
- Strong emphasis on compliance with clients internal compliance and governance, but also other legal and statutory regulations
