We are expanding our Oxford‑based HEST team (Health, Education, Science & Technology) and are looking for Project Managers and Senior Project Managers to join us at a pivotal time. This breadth means you won’t be pigeonholed—you’ll develop experience across multiple sectors while building genuine depth in HEST delivery. In this role, you’ll take ownership of projects ranging from £5m to £60m+, leading them from inception through to completion. You’ll be trusted to:
- Lead projects and client relationships
- Coordinate multidisciplinary teams
- Drive delivery on complex, high‑value schemes
- Play a key role in shaping project outcomes
What We’re Looking For:
- Experience operating at PM or SPM level within a consultancy/client‑side environment (essential)
- Proven ability to lead and deliver projects end‑to‑end
- Ideally experienced working with both NEC & JCT forms of contract
- Strong stakeholder and client management skills
- Degree qualified (Project Management or construction‑related discipline)
- Working towards (or interested in achieving) Chartership
