Property Sector MEP QS Role: Full time, permanent Based: London (hybrid working)
This is a great opportunity to join our thriving Property & Construction team in the south. We operate in a number of different sectors including; Residential, Commercial, Lifesciences, Data Centres, Health, Education & Leisure, with projects ranging up to £200m.
Relevant skills and experience:
- Experience working on Data Centre projects or experience as a MEP QS on property projects (essential)
- Experience working for a Consultancy or directly within a client side organisation (essential)
- Experience working on projects throughout the full project lifecycle (essential)
- BSc in Quantity Surveying (beneficial)
- MRICS, or working towards (beneficial)
- Willingness to travel to sites as and when required
