Location: London (Hybrid working)
We currently have a number of great opportunities to join our thriving Property & Construction South division. You will have the opportunity to get involved in project delivery of new build and refurbishment projects within various sectors including; Commercial, Life Sciences, Retail, Higher Education, Healthcare and Industrial, from £1m to £200m.
Relevant skills and experience:
- Proven experience being the Project Lead on large-scale, high profile Construction projects (£20m+) within the property sector (essential)
- Experience working for a consultancy or client-side organisation (essential)
- Membership with the APM, RICS, CIOB or similar project management body (beneficial)
- Experience managing projects throughout the entire project life cycle (all RIBA stage) (Essential)
