Have you ever wanted to get into teaching and support young people? My client is looking to train people into becoming teaching assistants to support the class teacher in the development and education of children, including those with special needs.
Responsibilities include:
- Assisting in delivering and evaluating programmes.
- Adapting teaching materials for individual pupils and groups.
- Providing encouragement, reassurance, and comfort.
- Attending to personal requirements and physical care while promoting independence.
- Clinically assessing pupils and determining medical interventions.
- Liaising with parents and medical professionals.
