London-Based (No WFH) Regional Portfolio Asset Manager Business Space

£90,000 - £115,000 + benefits

A highly respected, privately-owned real estate business is looking for an accomplished Asset Manager to take full ownership of a regional Offices/Business Space portfolio. This is a strategic and hands-on role with responsibility for rental growth, asset value enhancement, and the delivery of refurbishment and repositioning projects.

You will collaborate closely with internal teams: property management, facilities, and building consultancy, as well as external agents and tenants to ensure assets consistently outperform targets. You will also play a key role in shaping investment strategy, assessing acquisition opportunities, and championing sustainability and value-add initiatives across the portfolio.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Drive income performance through lettings, lease events, and value-add programmes
  • Reduce voids and uncover new revenue opportunities
