We are seeking a professional and proactive Facilities Front of House Concierge to join a corporate office environment in Belfast. Key Responsibilities
- Front of House & Workplace Services
- Provide a welcoming and professional reception service for all visitors and staff
- Manage meeting room bookings, setups, and daily readiness
- Handle visitor registration, inductions, and access coordination

- Facilities & Operational Support
- Coordinate day-to-day facilities services including cleaning, maintenance, and security
