We are seeking an experienced Head of Facilities to lead and manage a complex public sector estate on an interim basis. This is a pivotal role for a strategic leader who can ensure compliance, efficiency, and service excellence during a period of transition.

Key Responsibilities

• Provide strategic leadership for all facilities management operations across multiple sites.
• Ensure full compliance with statutory regulations, health & safety, and environmental standards.
• Oversee budgets, procurement, and contract management for FM services.
• Drive performance improvements and implement best practice across hard and soft services.
• Engage with senior stakeholders to align facilities strategy with organisational objectives.

Requirements

• Proven experience in a senior facilities management role within the public sector.
• Strong knowledge of compliance, governance, and risk management.
