A highly respected, privately-owned real estate business is looking for an accomplished Asset Manager to take full ownership of a regional Offices/Business Space portfolio. This is a strategic and hands-on role with responsibility for rental growth, asset value enhancement, and the delivery of refurbishment and repositioning projects. You will collaborate closely with internal teams (property management, facilities, and building consultancy) as well as external agents and tenants to ensure assets consistently outperform targets. You will also play a key role in shaping investment strategy, assessing acquisition opportunities, and championing sustainability and value-add initiatives across the portfolio.
Key Responsibilities- Drive income performance through lettings, lease events, and value-add programmes
- Reduce voids and uncover new revenue opportunities
