CPaT Global is hiring an International Sales Director – EMEA to drive new business development and grow existing customer relationships across Europe, the Middle East, and Africa. This role is responsible for managing an assigned territory, developing airline and aviation training accounts, and delivering recurring revenue growth within a defined quota structure.

What You’ll Do

  • Develop and close new business across the EMEA region
  • Grow recurring revenue within existing airline and aviation training accounts
  • Manage an exclusive sales territory and assigned customer portfolio
  • Execute enterprise SaaS sales cycles, including renewals and multi-year contracts
  • Generate and qualify new commercial leads to support pipeline growth
  • Maintain accurate forecasting, pipeline management, and CRM hygiene in Salesforce
  • Partner closely with regional and executive sales leadership to execute territory strategy
  • Represent CPaT at customer meetings, industry events, and trade shows

What We’re Looking For

  • Experience in B2B or SaaS sales, preferably in aviation or training technology
  • Proven ability to consistently meet or exceed sales targets
  • Strong negotiation, closing, and relationship management skills
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Proficiency with CRM systems and sales reporting tools (Salesforce preferred)
  • Highly self-motivated, organized, and results-driven
  • Ability to work across international time zones
  • Willingness to travel domestically and internationally as required

Sales Target

  • $96,000 in New Annual Recurring Revenue (ARR)
  • $8,000 in New ARR per month

Compensation

Base Salary and commission plan commensurate with sales experience.
