About the Role Our client are a premier Glasgow-based residential developer specialising in high-quality multi-storey and housing developments.
They are seeking a highly capable Technical Manager (or a driven Assistant Technical Manager) to oversee the technical lifecycle of our projects through both construction and post-construction stages.
This role bridges the gap between design and delivery.
You will take full ownership of services, warranty sign-offs, and contractor design elements during the build, while critically driving post-completion NHBC defect resolutions and asset adoptions.
Key Responsibilities Asset Adoptions clear road bonds, manage sewer recoveries, and resolve statutory authority issues.
