Salary: £25,000 to £30,000 + bonus (uncapped)

We are recruiting for an exciting Outbound Sales Executive role with a leading technology business in the holiday rental sector. If you’re a target-driven sales professional who thrives in a fast-paced environment and enjoys helping customers maximise their potential, this could be the perfect opportunity for you!

The Role

As an Outbound Sales Executive , you’ll be responsible for proactively engaging with prospective holiday rental owners, guiding them through the sign-up process, and converting them into verified hosts. You’ll use calls, WhatsApp, emails, and Google meetings to build relationships and drive sales.

Key Responsibilities:

✔️ Engage prospective customers, understand their needs, and present tailored solutions

✔️ Manage your sales pipeline and schedule calls to ensure a high conversion rate

✔️ Own the sign-up process, ensuring a seamless and successful customer experience

✔️ Provide expert advice to help customers maximise their rental income

✔️ Meet and exceed sales targets—minimum of 3 conversions per day

What We’re Looking For

Sales Experience: A proven track record in client management & outbound sales

Driven & Target-Oriented: You thrive in a high-performance environment

Independent & Organised: Ability to manage your own schedule and leads effectively

Tech-Savvy: CRM experience (HubSpot or similar) is beneficial but not essential

Curious & Collaborative: A passion for learning and working in a supportive team
