As a Procurement Assistant, you will play a key role in supporting both the procurement and business support teams.
You will ensure their site teams have the materials they need, when they need them, while maintaining accurate records and strong relationships with the supply chain.

Key responsibilities include
- Processing purchase orders accurately and efficiently.
- Obtaining quotes from suppliers and supporting the end-to-end procurement process.
- Reviewing and proofreading supplier order acknowledgements to identify any discrepancies.
- Maintaining and updating delivery schedules.
- Collating and maintaining procurement, supplier, and project documentation.
- Liaising with site teams, suppliers, and internal departments to coordinate material requirements.
- Monitoring stock levels and supporting effective inventory control.
- Maintaining accurate filing systems, records, and document control processes.
- Assisting with reporting, data entry, and general office administration.
- Undertaking additional duties to support the wider business operations.
