Landscaping Contracts Manager – Covering Edinburgh and Central Belt

Are you an experienced Site Supervisors or Site Manager from a landscaping or civils background looking to take the next step in your career? We are recruiting for a Landscaping Contracts Manager to join a leading contractor based in Central Scotland, managing projects across Edinburgh & Central Scotland.

The Role:

As a Landscaping Contracts Manager, you will oversee the successful delivery of landscaping projects, ensuring they are completed on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards. You will work closely with site teams, subcontractors, and clients to drive efficiency, maintain health & safety standards, and manage project costs.

Key Responsibilities:

• Overseeing multiple landscaping projects from inception to completion

• Managing site teams, subcontractors, and suppliers

• Ensuring projects are delivered on time, within budget, and to client specifications

• Maintaining health & safety compliance across all sites

• Liaising with clients and stakeholders to ensure smooth project delivery

• Preparing progress reports and monitoring project performance

• Managing procurement and material supply for projects

Requirements:

• Proven experience as a Site Manager in landscaping or civils projects

• Strong leadership and organisational skills

• Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously

• A good understanding of landscaping and groundworks

• Excellent communication and problem-solving abilities
