The Site Manager will be responsible for ensuring projects are completed on time, within budget, and to the highest standards of quality and safety. The ideal candidate will have strong leadership skills, extensive construction site management experience, and a keen eye for detail.
Key Responsibilities:
- Oversee and manage all on-site activities, ensuring adherence to project schedules, budgets, and quality standards.
- Coordinate with project managers, subcontractors, and suppliers to ensure smooth project execution.
- Implement and enforce safety protocols and regulations to maintain a safe work environment.
- Monitor project progress and provide regular updates to senior management.
