Our client, a premier Glasgow-based residential developer, seeks a Technical Manager or Assistant Technical Manager to oversee the technical lifecycle across construction and post-construction stages. You will own services, warranty sign-offs, and contractor design elements, while driving post-completion NHBC defect resolutions and asset adoptions.
You will collaborate with architects, engineers, and subcontractors to assemble CDE packages, manage asset adoptions and bonds, and lead.
