The Role

  • Portfolio Management: Oversee property management, maintenance, and compliance to the highest standards.
  • Inspections & Maintenance: Conduct routine inspections, identify maintenance/refurbishment opportunities, and coordinate repairs promptly.
  • Business Development: Act as a key contact for corporate leads, pitch for new business, and maximise revenue for key accounts.
  • Client Communication: Maintain key relationships, provide regular updates, and deliver outstanding customer service.
  • Administration: Assist with property onboarding, application reviews, and rent reviews.

About You

  • Experience: Proven property management experience within a lettings function and a track record of building client relationships.
  • Skills: Strong knowledge of property regulations, excellent organisation, problem-solving abilities, and an asset management mindset.
  • Attributes: Proactive, confident in handling difficult conversations, and committed to exceptional service delivery.
  • Requirement: Valid driver's licence is essential.
