The Role
- Portfolio Management: Oversee property management, maintenance, and compliance to the highest standards.
- Inspections & Maintenance: Conduct routine inspections, identify maintenance/refurbishment opportunities, and coordinate repairs promptly.
- Business Development: Act as a key contact for corporate leads, pitch for new business, and maximise revenue for key accounts.
- Client Communication: Maintain key relationships, provide regular updates, and deliver outstanding customer service.
- Administration: Assist with property onboarding, application reviews, and rent reviews.

- Experience: Proven property management experience within a lettings function and a track record of building client relationships.
