My client is looking for an Office Administrator to join their busy team based in Slough. This is a 6 months contract paying £16 - £19ph, with working hours from 6.30am to 2.30pm, Monday to Friday.
The Production Support Administrator role supports the Production team in the daily running of the office.
Responsibilities:- Data Entry: Input data accurately and efficiently using Microsoft AX.
- Document Generation: Support the creation of business documents.
- Customer Support: Responding to emails/answering calls, coordination between customers and the production team.
- Inputting and updating KPI’s.
- Compiling orders for the admin team.
- Raising commercial invoices and answering customer queries relating to sales orders.
- Liaising with customers where purchase orders require amending.
- Follow up amendments with the Production department.
- Booking work in and raising delivery notes.
- Answering telephone calls and emails.
- Ensuring accuracy of data entry.
