My client is looking for an Office Administrator to join their busy team based in Slough. This is a 6 months contract paying £16 - £19ph, with working hours from 6.30am to 2.30pm, Monday to Friday.

The Production Support Administrator role supports the Production team in the daily running of the office.

Responsibilities:
  • Data Entry: Input data accurately and efficiently using Microsoft AX.
  • Document Generation: Support the creation of business documents.
  • Customer Support: Responding to emails/answering calls, coordination between customers and the production team.
Specific tasks:
  • Inputting and updating KPI’s.
  • Compiling orders for the admin team.
  • Raising commercial invoices and answering customer queries relating to sales orders.
  • Liaising with customers where purchase orders require amending.
  • Follow up amendments with the Production department.
  • Booking work in and raising delivery notes.
  • Answering telephone calls and emails.
  • Ensuring accuracy of data entry.
