We are seeking experienced Mechanical Site Managers, Construction Managers, and Supervisors to join our team delivering high‑end commercial office fit‑out projects across London & Surrounding areas. If you thrive in fast‑paced, high‑spec fit‑out environments and have a proven track record in mechanical installations, this is an exciting opportunity to join multiple prestigious projects.
Key Responsibilities
- Oversee mechanical installation works on commercial office fit‑out projects.
- Manage subcontractors, site teams, and day‑to‑day site operations.
- Ensure works are delivered on time, to specification, and to the highest quality standards.
- Coordinate with project managers, design teams, and other trades.
- Maintain compliance with health & safety regulations and site standards.
- Problem‑solve on site and drive progress to meet programme deadlines.
- Manage documentation, permits, RAMS, and reporting.
What We’re Looking For
- Proven commercial office fit‑out experience.
- Experience as a Mechanical Site Manager, Construction Manager, or Supervisor.
- Strong understanding of mechanical building services (HVAC, pipework, ductwork, plant rooms, etc.).
- Ability to manage fast‑track, high‑spec projects.
- Excellent communication and leadership skills.
- Experience coordinating multiple trades and subcontractors.
- Strong organisational skills and attention to detail.
