We are seeking an experienced Electrical Supervisor to oversee high-quality residential projects across London. This is an excellent opportunity for a strong, site-based supervisor with solid residential experience who takes pride in delivering safe, compliant, and well-coordinated electrical installations.
Responsibilities
- Supervising electrical installation works across residential projects
- Managing electricians and subcontractors to ensure quality and productivity
- Overseeing daily site activities and ensuring compliance with drawings, specifications, and regulations
- Carrying out inspections, testing, and quality checks
- Coordinating with site managers, project managers, and mechanical teams
- Identifying and resolving technical and site issues efficiently
- Ensuring accurate documentation, reporting, and sign-off procedures are completed
What We’re Looking For
- Strong background in residential electrical installations
- Candidates with a mixed background considered, provided residential experience is included
- Proven experience supervising electrical teams on live construction sites
- Solid understanding of electrical regulations, standards, and best practices
- Strong communication, leadership, and organisational skills
- A track record of stability and longevity with previous employers
- Relevant qualifications such as NVQ Level 3, 18th Edition, SSSTS or SMSTS
