We are seeking an experienced and professional Gas Engineer to work permanently within high-end residential properties. The role involves servicing, maintenance, fault finding and installation of domestic gas appliances and heating systems in premium homes, delivering exceptional workmanship and customer service.

Key Responsibilities

  • Carry out annual gas servicing and landlord safety inspections (CP12s).
  • Diagnose and repair faults on domestic boilers and heating systems.
  • Install and commission boilers, cylinders, and associated heating controls.
  • Complete system upgrades and heating improvements to high standards.
  • Ensure full compliance with Gas Safety (Installation & Use) Regulations.
  • Maintain accurate service records and compliance documentation.
  • Provide professional, courteous service to private homeowners.
  • Maintain company vehicle, tools and stock levels.
  • Adhere to health & safety and company procedures at all times.

Essential Requirements

  • Gas Safe Registered.
  • Valid ACS qualifications (CCN1, CENWAT, CKR1, HTR1 minimum).
  • Minimum 3–5 years’ domestic gas experience.
  • Strong fault-finding and diagnostic skills.
  • Full UK driving licence.
  • Excellent communication and customer service skills.
  • High standards of workmanship and presentation.

Desirable

  • Experience working in luxury or high-value homes.
  • Unvented hot water qualification (G3).
  • LPG qualification (where applicable).
  • Smart heating controls experience (e.g., Hive, Nest, Tado).
  • OFTEC (if oil systems involved).
