We are currently recruiting an NPORS or CPCS Banksman / Traffic Marshall for a long‑term project in Cardiff.
Role duties include:
- Banking plant and deliveries
- Taking deliveries on site
- Managing exclusion zones
- General housekeeping duties
- Maintaining site signage
- Clear communication with plant operators and site team
Requirements:
- Valid NPORS or CPCS Banksman / Traffic Marshall ticket
- Good communication skills
- Previous site experience preferred
- Reliable and punctual
Working Pattern (site operating hours):
This project operates on a 12‑day fortnight, as follows:
Week 1
- Monday: 08:00 – 18:00
- Tuesday / Wednesday / Thursday: 08:00 – 19:00
- Friday: 08:00 – 12:00
Week 2
- Monday: 08:00 – 18:00
- Tuesday / Wednesday / Thursday: 08:00 – 19:00
- Friday: 08:00 – 18:00
- Saturday: 08:00 – 17:00
- Sunday: 08:00 – 17:00
