Core Group is Hiring – Experienced Site Manager
We are currently looking for an experienced
Site Manager to join a client project in
Burford.
Location: Burford
Hours: 07:30 start
Start Date: ASAP
Requirements:
- CSCS & SSSTS / SMSTS
- Proven experience as a Site Manager
- Strong knowledge of Health & Safety procedures
- Good communication and organisational skills
- Ability to manage site operations and workforce effectively
- 2 checkable references
- Available to start immediately
Duties:
- Manage the day-to-day running of the site
- Coordinate subcontractors, trades and site operatives
- Ensure Health & Safety procedures are followed at all times
- Monitor site progress and ensure works remain on schedule
- Liaise with the client, contractors and workforce
- Organise site activities and coordinate deliveries where required
- Monitor quality of workmanship and ensure project standards are maintained
- Conduct site inductions, briefings and toolbox talks where required
- Keep site records and relevant documentation up to date
- Identify and resolve any issues that may affect progress
- Ensure the site is kept safe, clean and organised
