We are currently recruiting experienced Contract BMS Electricians for commercial projects in Cambridge. Projects include commercial offices, laboratories, education buildings, and healthcare facilities, working alongside major BMS systems such as Siemens, Trend Controls, Honeywell, and Schneider Electric.
Key Responsibilities
- Installation of containment (tray, basket, trunking, conduit)
- Panel installation and control wiring
- Wiring and terminating BMS field devices
- Reading and working from schematics and drawings
- Testing and fault finding
- Working closely with BMS engineers and commissioning teams
Requirements
- NVQ Level 3 Electrical Installation (or equivalent)
- ECS / JIB Gold Card
- Proven experience installing BMS / controls systems
- Strong understanding of HVAC controls wiring
- Own tools and PPE
- Ability to work independently
