About the role

We are looking for a skilled Field Service Engineer to join our busy depot in Avonmouth. You'll be carrying out service, maintenance, and repairs on a wide range of plant hire equipment both in our workshop and at customer sites across the South West.

What you'll do:

  • Diagnose, service, and repair plant hire equipment (excavators, dumpers, rollers, telehandlers, etc.)
  • Carry out planned maintenance and breakdown call-outs on customer sites
  • Provide excellent customer support and represent our company on-site
  • Maintain accurate service records and comply with health & safety standards

What we're looking for:

  • Experience working on plant, construction, agricultural, or similar machinery (hydraulics, diesel engines, electrics, diagnostics)
  • NVQ Level 2/3 in Plant, Agricultural, Mechanical or similar (preferred)
  • Full UK driving licence (essential)
  • A customer-focused attitude and ability to work independently
