About the Role: The Customer Happiness Specialist plays a key role in supporting Cozymeal’s growth by engaging prospective clients while also delivering a high‑quality support experience throughout the customer journey. In this role, you will connect with inbound leads, understand customer needs, recommend relevant culinary experiences, and guide guests through the booking process while also assisting with customer inquiries, issue resolution and post‑booking support.
- Engage and convert inbound and outbound leads via phone, email and messaging, guiding clients from initial inquiry through booking
- Conduct discovery and provide tailored recommendations by understanding client needs, preferences and event goals
- Drive bookings and revenue by assisting customers through the purchase process and removing friction in real time
- Deliver high‑quality customer support by responding to inquiries, resolving issues and ensuring a seamless pre‑ and post‑booking experience
- Own customer communication end‑to‑end including follow‑ups, confirmations and proactive updates
- Coordinate with chefs and venue partners to confirm availability, secure event details and support successful execution of bookings
- Support partner (chef/venue) inquiries related to the platform, bookings and operational needs
- Maintain accurate CRM records including lead status, customer interactions and booking details
- Collaborate cross‑functionally with various team members to ensure smooth handoffs and consistent service
- Identify opportunities to improve conversion and experience quality, sharing insights and feedback with internal teams
Requirements Include:
- 3+ years of experience in inside sales, customer support, or a hybrid sales/service role, with comfort handling phone‑based interactions
- Goal‑oriented and motivated by performance metrics, with the ability to balance conversion targets and customer experience
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to build rapport and guide customers confidently
- Strong time management and ability to work independently in a remote/home office environment
- Highly organized, detail‑oriented and coachable, with the ability to manage multiple conversations, bookings and follow‑ups simultaneously
- Experience with CRM and support tools (e.g., Zendesk, Salesforce or similar)
- Proficient in Google Workspace and Excel, with the ability to navigate and update systems efficiently
- Experience in culinary, hospitality, events, travel or marketplace environments
- Experience as an event manager, travel agent or reservations manager a plus but not required
